Nor do you *need* it to spontaneously become magical For Reasons because there's even a mechanic to find the magic runes SEPARATELY and have them placed on your weapon! You can just find "Potency" in a treasure chest and have your Dad's Sword turned into a +1 Dad's Sword.

Pathfinder 2e has prices for things. Like if you want to buy a rope, you can just look up the price of a rope in the book (or on the free Archives of Nethys). Your GM does not have to make up an entire economy. Want to buy a magic rune for your sword? It has a price. Just look it up.

Solution for me: centaurs can just use a damn lance rest like anyone else, they just happen to also be the horse. It's attached to the armor, not the horse anyway. It's just awkward to balance a 20' long pokey-stick in one hand when you're on foot, which is why PF2e has a special shield for that.

Recall Knowledge is borderline essential to combat. It's just not something that is necessarily intrinsic to casters in the way that it is to, say, "Monster Hunter" build Rangers, Investigators or Thaumaturges. (Granted one of the most useful low-level Magus feats is tied to it.)

I somehow forgot that Spell Attack (for what little it often matters given Paizo's weird crusade to remove Vs AC spells in Remaster) and DCs actually tie to the ability still.
