I never come out to the nurses and don't have it on my files, I only disclose to the doctor if it's absolutely relevant to the visit. I don't trust anyone to talk normally to me the moment they know, so I'm assumed as a cis guy unless it's absolutely necessary.

Literally like we are completely normal the ENTIRE visit coming up to it and it just completely flips the moment I tell them I'm not what they assume I am (when it's relevant, I don't disclose it if it's not relevant) and then they gotta be weird the rest of the visit it sucks.

My doctor today literally dropped their jaw when I told them I don't have a penis (it was relevant to a test they wanted to give me that I would not be able to do lmao). Then got closer to whisper and ask me "what I have downstairs" and then continued to whisper the rest of the visit. WHY!!!!!!!!!!!
