It has nothing to do with whether it’s ok or not. It’s acknowledging that if you starve people and let your own citizens be kidnapped and murdered, you are going to piss a lot of people off and they are going to act irrationally.

People want to pretend that is not the case and they are wrong.

Yay🎉 Can't believe we've gone through 11 months and are now at the end. I've enjoyed the series (though I'm still on the fence about India 😄) and look forward to seeing what you have in store for December!

We must fight and we must be united, strong and anchored. I was a member of Act Up in the late 80’s and into the 90’s. The moral majority reigned their terror no different than the extreme christian right is doing today. We cannot let them win or do more damage.

And foreshadowing not to expect Democrats to pursue this administration for any corruption or illegal activities.

Saying frequently to Democratic politicians "I will hold *you* accountable if no one is held accountable for these crimes" is a good place to start.

The problem is the writer of that post believes it is the collective 'they' of the left, or liberals, that "got away with it". The poster and respective followers don't care about the 'he' who was individually responsible for the shooting.

I also don't think they have the capacity to learn lessons that compassionate and empathetic people have the ability to learn. These people are dead inside.

Tesla tunnels are an incredibly stupid idea, a waste of time, money, and resources, and distract from real transit solutions. The Vegas loop is a useless disaster.

Weird...it's been going so well in Las Vegas: "...with nearly 800 reported environmental violations beginning during construction, including drilling practices, waste management, and failure to produce and comply with permits."

You and @owillis.bsky.social point out things that seem so obvious, like why aren’t Democrats just saying what’s happening, what needs fixing, and how they’ll fix it? I’m very literal...you took an oath, so do it. But people say that’s “too much to ask,” and it makes me feel like I’m the crazy one.

I think they've forgotten the meaning and intention of the oaths they take. Or they are serving the wrong things/people for personal enrichment.

I was surprised that they mentioned it was being filmed in Qatar and ended up reading the article to find out why they chose that location. I first wondered if it had something to do with how much Qatar has been in the news politically this year and was some agreement being pushed related to that.

"The feature will also tap into the country’s recently announced Qatar Screen Production Incentive (QSPI)." Seems Qatar is leaning into film production now according to the article.

Also she straight up is lying if she was saying that no one knew he was under federal investigation in 2019. She’s lied so many times about this it’s ridiculous. Obviously should be nowhere near the intel committee.

No she gave him money and in fact kept asking him for money even when the DCCC told her they couldn’t accept his money because he’s a sex offender. She also refused to give the money back.

She also worked for a law firm where he was one of the main clients.

How long before he retires...never to be heard from again? At least until he pulls a Favre and is in the news for lobbying for money meant for the less fortunate so it'll instead go to projects to enrich him or his family.
