then I made a nice little room in my mind for innerchild me and him to live in. And that was that! now if that part is triggered, semi-autonomous Rh*s will pop up and tap on my field of vision and I'll know why I'm upset.
He's never had a different outfit before though, this is new!

this all started when I did IFS therapy, and I had this part that was very triggered about a specific memory, and my imagination decided to have Rh*s D*rby confront my Dad, it was halfway btwn a roleplay and an awake dream, my dad tried to punch him but Rh*s was able to dodge and take him down.

Usually he knocks on my eyeballs... idk like if my field of vision were a window- he'll come and knock on it and points to something and I realize I'm upset about an innerchild trigger
