Indeedy. I always used to presume title case was employed by the oldsters, but now I think it's spread to the brain-shitters. I guess I should respect their ability to interrupt their typing by hitting the shift key with every word, but nah.

To be fair (and pedantic), stating it (as written) isn't physically impossible. The authorities have been alerted.
