😂 yesss! I’d also want to be the librarian who has to lead them to the old files so they can look at microfiche, though sadly Bing search product placement will probably eliminate that entirely soon lol

I think the main thing is how much fans of both of those things harass people who disagree with them. If you like those movies and you’re not attacking strangers on the internet about it, you’re doing the right thing

After almost 200 movies, I'm starting to understand a few words here and there 😂 but I really wish I knew more because there are so many movies I want to watch that don't have english subtitles

I love that The Girlfriend feels like a counter to Arjun Reddy, like if we viewed that story from the perspective of the woman and realized how terrible the “hero” really was

Possibly. I’ve watched so many and a lot of them are kind of similar and forgettable (just like Hollywood movies) but I feel like the really good ones work well because the emotions are universal and the filmmaking is often really stylish or inventive.
