For years political commentators have decried the UK’s lack of a written constitution, contending we didn’t have the necessary protection for institutions and the rule of law enjoyed by the US.

An important point often missed with Musk, he's not a brilliant engineer, he's an investor with a good eye for making money, topped off with a dollop of good luck.
Something to remember is that the Techbro billionaire class were rarely the actual tech pioneers. They're the ones who bankrolled it, or engineered a controlling share interest.
