In one case as simple as a batch file meant to check for the existence of a printer with a certain name, remove it, and install a new printer with the same name but different driver. Script was tested in only one scenario but on a bunch of machines it added dozens of printers none of which worked.

We had to ban use of chatgpt for generating code, scripts, etc. from most technicians as we would find out after the fact that a bunch of it was broken and since no one actually wrote it and understood the code we had to on multiple occasions wipe and start over.
