This is my "modern take" on a traditional harvest painting - you know the ones with a basket of fruits. Yes, it's an organ harvest, sorry. Flayed skin, two brains, a liver, intestines, and eyeballs all spilling out from a blue plastic shopping basket. With appropriate plastic sheeting in the background. Painted for Harvest, but we mostly now sell our minds rather than our produce, so this is my "updated" harvest.

This is the best answer! I hate the dentist (bad experiences as a kid), so I'm always upfront and tell any new one that I see. A GOOD dentist will listen, understand, and help you through. If it's severe, some specialists work with people who have higher care needs but you'd need a referral.
