One thing I'm lacking though is an IRL nemesis. Everyone I play at the club is way stronger than me, so it's handicap go all the time. If I had a rival around my level so I could work on fuseki, that would be amazing.

It's just a blip as accomplishments go, but I feel a lot of gratitude to the staff and members of the club. Everyone is so kind and patient, and it makes playing IRL really social and enjoyable. Having a hobby and a community is so important for living happily here.
