I have tried to give coach Smith the benefit of the doubt because I hate to see him fired but if you listen to Izzo’s presser after a loss, it would be a good learning tool on what we expect a head coach to sound like when things don’t look right (even in a win) #GoGreen

It’s early, and it’s BG, but I like what I see so far. Aside from Carr, Kohler and Fears playing well, Divine U. Has been a pleasant surprise. Not necessarily shooting the ball, but playing good D and getting to loose balls. Teng and Fort will be big factors but I like what I see. #GoGreen

Carr looks good tonight. Hopefully we can get the rotations down and get everyone comfortable. Need Teng to hit some shots. I’m sure it will come. Glad Fears is letting it fly. Glad Spartan basketball is back. #GoGreen

I’m sure Smith is a good coach, but I’m not sure he is the right coach for Michigan State. This team is lifeless and there have been no wins worth anything in two years under him. Can’t say Gee Wiz after the game and expect fans not to get pissed. There is no fire in this team. It’s unacceptable

Great baseball game if you are just an MLB fan, but as a Tigers fan this is on Scott Harris. You haven’t had legitimate bats for years and didn’t do anything at the trade deadline or offseason to address it. Pretty sure Bregman could have helped you. Meadows and co coming up in big spots ain’t it.

Didn’t play well at all that half. Jase stepped up. Need to be able to produce some offense if they are going to win. About the best case scenario for how they played but wasn’t that fun to watch. Let’s hope they have another run in them. #GoGreen

This game is giving me so many flashbacks of Texas Tech in 2019. Need to keep it close- around 6 by half and figure out a game plan for the second half. This isn’t it.

Feeling sweet! MSU heads to the sweet 16 with only one made FG by Jase. This game encapsulated what State is about. Play D, get to the line and never rely on one guy to carry us. Let’s hope Ole Miss watches film and decides to leave Jase open 😂. Ole Miss has 6 guys averaging over 10 ppg. #GoGreen

Looks like if MSU is able to pull out a victory, they will play sometime Friday. Michigan will play Friday as well.
