My mom's been in the ER for the last few days, and in and out of the hospital in general for this last week. She's was diagnosed finally with a pretty gnarly thyroid issue (same thing my grandma dealt with). It's been a little rough, but she'll be getting the medications she needs hopefully.

Dragging my feet a bit. My mom's been showing early signs of dementia & saying/doing very odd things. I'm trying to encourage her to check in with her doctor & get medicated. (Stressing that there's no shame in it)
I want her to have self-agency a bit longer before she needs to be taken care of.

Been sick for the last week with gnarly hay fever-like symptoms and was worried I was coming down with something bad. Feeling considerably better today though and I'm really happy about it.
