Yes. To be fair it’s not nearly as traumatic as Year of Hell but I could have done without the shot of Riker being very very dead.

Tasha is the only Greek character who got to hurt with her death twice though. (I know she didn’t die immediately but she had a terrible time then died.)

I read Discworld mostly in order, which meant I thought TCOM was hilarious. (If I’d read it later, I’d have thought it was pretty average.) I remember laughing the most at the last page where they’ve sent Scrofula along to collect Rincewind instead of Death, and Rincewind was hugely offended.
