I also managed to get awakened Esterosa, and she works wonders for battles. Got me unstuck from the main story. I can finally continue reading ;;

It has been a while since I made any sort of progress in this game, but things are a bit on the slow side in general. So much, that I had no problem picking up the new awakened character with just my saved up currency. It's a guy for a change.

Thanks for pointing this out! I already played all games more than once, but since I didn't own them on Steam yet, I grabbed the bundle that also included Ultra Despair Girls. Said bundle is 12 euros...such an insane price.

I should clarify that I own the Japanese version on PS1, but I'm currently playing the game on PS5. The digital version with trophy support. Thought it would be the best way to replay it and finish it for real this time...I never did.

But man…no wonder I didn’t understand much as I played this game for the first time waaaay back. It wasn’t just because of me still learning English, but the texts are simply awful.

I’m crying internally while playing this…I should have gotten the JP version.

To this day I’ve no idea if Caina’s gender change in the English version was an unfortunate error, due to how badly handled the translation and text is, or if they did it on purpose. I think it’s funnier to assume that whoever handled it has been successfully fooled by a femboy ww.
