Like I'm already hearing from tech and coding that this is a problem. If you replace your entry level humans you can equivalently replace their direct output (maybe) but you cannot replace YOUR OWN FUTURE SUPPLY OF SENIORS AND MANAGERS. SMEs DON'T JUST APPEAR MAGICALLY OUT OF NOWHERE

I don't know how people DON'T have cats even just for logistical reasons. Every time the temp goes +/- 10° here every spider in the tristate area is like "fuck it, I'm evolving🕷️💼" & moves into my house. My cats are doing triple overtime📋. If I didn't have cats my house would be 5% spiders by weight.
