My biggest fear with Valastor is that it gains popularity but goes the way of Val/Angel or Al/Vox in that people primarily only care about the toxicity and noncon aspects and just make Alastor a poor uwu victim of Val bc that shit is ALREADY happening 😎

So I've always said I actually go into Valastor from someone else's fic, and that fic is Deer on the Defensive, which was posted January 9th 2020, I read it January 10th

My first Valastor fic was posted January 20th, ten days later
