karen allen is just gorgeous in raiders. anything she’s in, but wow. stunning, vivacious, perhaps more interesting than indy himself…? she certainly elevates his profile.
i love these movies (i & iii, specifically [exclusively?]). she never looks bad because that’s impossible.
ex. 1: karen in raiders wearing a cute tan suit, tan wide brim hat, and the most stunning angel face you’ve ever seen. ex. 2: karen holding the knife menacingly during the drunk scene in raiders. adorable and terrifying in equal measure. a spectacular, delightfully mercurial performance.
