UCMJ Art 92 says its necessary to follow LAWFUL & ignore UNLAWFUL orders that go against the Constitution or US Laws. ART 118 & 119 define unjustified killing. Note bearing arms against US citizens violates the law (Posse Comitatus) Fed Dist Court cited DC deployments as illegal
