Stuck on this one last song for the next album. Once it’s done it’s all on to the final stages, should move a bit faster.

It’s funny to me how games that are harsh, unforgiving, and challenging tend to spur such creativity as “Beating Silksong without jumping” or “Elden Ring sub 2hrs blindfolded while making a 5 course meal”

I personally feel that when an industry hits maturity, that’s when the value shifts back to the little guy. They have to compete with the big dogs for a chance at a breakout success so quality/value goes up.

Side effect: tons of junk to wade through because of saturation though.

Curators will play an important role in art going forward. Finding a real human you trust that can recommend things you may not be able to find is becoming more and more valuable

So there is a little silver lining, more human-human interaction becoming necessary I think

True, i think the market is flooded with AI slop now especially.

Silksong, animal well, balatro, crow country, nine sols, tiny glade…those are some on my mind right now that came out relatively recently that are high quality, focused, polished games
