Took me a while and I was only on standard difficulty. But the cold turns it into a one-hit fight in any case, even with Taro’s armour. I eventually won by relying on Perfect Dodging his openers, then Parrying when safe to do so. He’s like fighting Nameless King at 4x speed.

Here beginneth the chill night that encompasses all, reaching the great beyond.
Into fear, doubt, and loneliness…

Shimmen Takezo was the birth name of Miyamoto Musashi, who won over 60 duels with his unconventional two sword style. In the novel by Eiji Yoshikawa, he wins his last duel with a bokken carved from an oar. The manga adaptation is called Vagabond. Good luck. ⚔️

I’ve never used published adventures. Generally when I “write an adventure” for a home game, it’s half a page of notes on faction resources and a map or a bad guy to-do list.

Not “thine years”?

Wait, do they think “woke” refers to the Awakening from Shadowrun?

Go where the wind takes you.

Yeah I went to Ishikari Plain first too, but I had to return Home to upgrade my weapons so I decided to poke my nose in the Pass and see what was going on. I make it a point not to use fast travel in Ghost games except where absolutely necessary.
