Trump doesn't have the authority to invalidate anything signed by Biden the fact he used an autopen is irrelevant what Trump wants to do is argue Bidens pardons are illegitimate if he didn't sign them by hand when we know he didn't

If Trump launches a ground invasion in Venezuela he'll be out of office long before Maduro would be ousted & Congress doesn't seem eager to sign off on a full scale invasion which would require a declaration of war,this wouldn't fall under the AUMF
