Luck makes up a much higher piece of the pie when it comes to initial success than any of us want to admit, feels like. Technical skill and networking offer a big leg up but whether your work gets in front of the right person at the right time dictates a lot of that opportunity.

I’m a developer. It could be an issue of them not having the time to build a full server-side validation yet, or it could be on purpose.

Ahhhhh I can’t believe I got to see them today. I met Devora, Neil, and Theo. All three of them were so incredibly kind. I love this group of humans (and the ones who weren’t there) so much.

This (the quote) mentality is wild af to me. They’re telling on themselves. It’s just like with anything else these types of people bring up. I don’t have a problem with art because I’m not so feeble minded that I might accidentally do something because of a drawing! 😵‍💫
