As a vegetarian who primarily makes Indian, Thai and Mexican dishes at home: this is very true. Americanized vegetarian food is just trying to pale imitate meat or they slap some cheese and avocado on it

One of the most wild experiences I had at work was during an audit of our internal threat monitoring team seeing the internet monitoring of employees. 99% of inappropriate Internet usage was porn sites. I watched in real time as an employee tried to go to a porn site over a hundred times refreshing
