They are extending sentences to current convicts to force them into the meat grinder, where they advance and risk getting blown up or not advance and risk getting shot, ie., a death sentence – czar justice.

That is what the US wanted post WWII, when their military industrial complex reigned supreme and many nations were still sweeping rubble.

Contractors used China made unsafe netting around their bamboo scaffolding and combustible foam to protect glass windows 🤦♂️ This from a city known to have some of the best firefighting units. 💔
