It’s been awhile since I’d revisited this book and after a week straight of using one of the sequences…I’m hooked. 100% recommend you get yourself a copy and incorporate lymphatic work in your day to day.

How I’m experiencing Mercury and the Sun in my 10th house: In exploring my relationship with recording myself on video this week I’ve gotten a lot of great feedback about my voice. As someone who is often told I don’t speak loudly enough, it’s so empowering to hear people find value in how I sound.

Uranus is sextile to both Saturn and Mercury right now and it’s got my energy running full speed ahead…but in a way that brings up a lot of frustration and anxiety. Can you relate?

Ever since my Neptune square ended, I keep finding that the people, books, and resources that I’m feeling drawn to and are feeding my work - were all in an active phase of their careers or published in the 2 years around my birth when Neptune was at 27 degrees Sagittarius, on the Galactic Center.

I started 2025 taking Procreate tutorials from the amazing Lisa Bardot and fell off the routine.
I felt this insane push today to get back to it and I finally finished the last tutorial of my challenge!

@alizakelly.bsky.social shared her theory that colors you’re drawn to relate to the energy of a chakra you’re subconsciously activating. I totally agree! I’d never thought of it that way but for the past few years blue has been my go to color and I can def say throat chakra has been a big focus.
