I've been reading up on Luddites, and proud to consider myself one. They were not anti-tech but anti 'tech in the hands of a privileged few, forced on to others and used to exploit workers'. When you use AI art for your indie project you're not sticking it to gatekeeper artists, you're being a scab.

It's maddening that it's considered smart politics to meekly mumble these idiotic slogans in response to being called Socialist instead of saying "Yeah asshole it's good when people have enough to live on and it's bad when billionaire sociopaths abuse us all"
