Who wouldn’t want to make their customer support workflow easier? I got a sneak peek of this talk from Faris, and it’s excellent.

He’s one of those speakers who packs every slide with concrete, immediately useful tips (and just the right amount of real-world pain 😆).
👇 @farisaziz12.bsky.social describes the pain of customer support perfectly.

It’s always exciting to see Multiplayer show up in real-world stories like this, as part of how engineers actually solve problems. Seeing it used to cut through the “screenshot chaos” is exactly why we built it.

I was trying to capture the "anguish of support tickets"

What do you think, did I do it?

This is from my plumber.
The same plumber that has been to my place 6 times already just this year (it's an old house).

At this point, I just go with the flow.

... I don't know which option would be more embarrassing.

I guess it makes an even stronger case for the need for debugging tools in the "AI era" 😅
Claude Code error or human error?

From the latest Anthropic blog post: variable names don’t match (red)…misspelling of urgent (blue) … unnecessary second check (second yellow line)

Isn't it great when you can chat with an AI agent instead of a human agent?

Even though we weren’t gunning for the top, we ended up #8. Above Lovable. Above OpenAI. 😅

I’m not about to start believing PH is worth sinking weeks of effort into.

But I am grateful for everyone who left a comment, shared a thought, or yes, upvoted anyway.

Skip the upvotes.

Multiplayer’s launch is about feedback, not leaderboards (and why full stack session recordings change the game 😊).
Multiplayer is live on Product Hunt 🚀 Here’s how you can support us:

1️⃣ DON’T UPVOTE (yes, you’ve read it right)

2️⃣ COMMENT with your feedback

Upvotes? Nah. Feedback? Yes.

The magic of seeing ✨ everything ✨ (frontend, backend, user feedback, team notes & sketches) stitched together in one replay.
Full stack session recordings: record. code. fix. repeat.

I’m traveling with Trenitalia and I’m unreasonably bothered by the white edges around the ticket logo.

Can someone put together a quick PR to fix this? 😅

I’ll be speaking at Cloud-Native Days Italy on June 24th about why observability needs to shift left, and what that actually looks like in practice.

Most teams I talk to are still duct-taping their debugging and system documentation workflows.

If you’re sick of sorting through Postman collections or outdated architecture diagrams—I’m working on a webinar that might interest you 👀

First time at @rejekts.io ! The talks are great, and the hallway track even better 🙌🏻

1 hour and 50 minutes left to @tomjohnson3.bsky.social ‘s talk! 👀

Tech conferences are full of opportunities, but let’s be honest, networking can feel *painful*.

In preparing for #Kubecon — and discussing how best to start conversations with my team—I realized that not everyone knows what to do. 👀 [1/3]

It’s been almost two years since my last trip to London, I’m so excited to come back for #kubecon! 👀

If you’re also attending or just want to meet up for a tea and chat, let me know!

👀 Every engineering team I talk to struggles with API documentation and debugging.

That’s why I’m so excited about Platform Notebooks—it’s a living, interactive space for testing, documenting, and debugging APIs collaboratively.
🚀 Platform Notebooks just got a major upgrade!

We’ve introduced executable blocks, making it easier than ever to design, test, and debug integrations—without juggling external API clients or scripts.

Here’s what’s new ⬇️

Last week of December: “so how did you celebrate Christmas?”

Me: “… I actually haven’t celebrated yet, we celebrate on Jan 7th…😅”

I can finally answer without long explanations!

Wanna know what it's like living in Italy?

We received yesterday a letter from a lawyer to remove an Amazon review because the seller didn't agree with it.
