I thought I'd do a little art vs artist with some of my favourite models I've painted this year.

There are a lot of wings there, lots of Thousand Sons, a couple of conversions, and the first two busts I've ever painted. If there's one thing it's been a good year for, it's painting models. 🙂

Me, surrounded by some of the many models I've painted this year. Beholder chaos spawn, Astorath, owl wizard, Jaheira bust, me, 30k Ahriman chatting to a skull headed raven, as you do, a deep sea fangly genestealer, a daemon prince that looks suspiciously like a little female Magnus, Halsin, best boy of BG3, also chatting to a bird, it's very popular apparently, an old metal Ahriman, because you have to pay respects to your elders, my beefy elephant boy, and a partridge in a pear tree. I mean Night Lord with a bloody knife.

*cleared a path to the back door and ran screaming before throwing the glass onto the grass and watching a bemused spider walk away

Bloomburrow is such a fun set. I built an elemental standard deck which ended up being mostly Bloomburrow cards. 😆
Gonna keep this one as it is, like my Jump Scare deck. I think it's fun to have something people know with no surprises, just out of the box, as well as making crazy decks. 😁

We had a wonderful RP group at one point where everyone was either autistic or ADHD or both. And the ADHD people would have little moments of making random noises at each other and the autism people would be drawing or something to help concentrate on what was going on. 😆

And for context I am a lover of 3d printing, I print a lot for various games, including parts for GW models or counts as models. Things like wings for Sanguinary Guard when they're cruelly taken away.

In my opinion, with two seconds of research, the creator might be exaggerating the truth a little for sympathy.

Okay, I'd not heard of this creator before so I went in completely blind with a Google image search of their name. And honestly the silhouettes read as GW, the space marines and jesters read as GW. They might be legally distinct but I can 100% understand why there would be a C&D

Excellent explanation! We are almost identical and it's weird to know someone else understands. 😆

I most often feel the connection with other neurodivergent people because we tend to be on the same wavelength and have the same needs.

And then I was working so I left them drying from the alcohol too long and I think the curtain blew open and they got some sunlight and cured a bit before I could take the supports off, so I've had to do a bit of extra cleanup. But you can't tell too much.
