Not every act of bigotry & racism is bullying. I'd consider the hypothetical, as stated, to be bigotry but not bullying... yet. Though bullying is not far behind - a direct or indirect attempt to force you change the route, an attempt to silence you for calling the bigotry etc out would be bullying.

Actually, him not knowing what part of the body was scanned is not implausible -- at some degree of dementia one loses the ability to understand and remember doctors' explanations of the procedure.

Crimes against humanity are defined as crimes committed in the context of a large-scale attack targeting civilians. One may argue whether these crimes reached the scale necessary to fit the definition. Whether they qualify as crimes against humanity or not, they do qualify as murder.
