Many of the ‘missing episodes’ are from doctors 1 and 2, though I don’t think all of them are missing.
The ones that ARE, however, have the original audio drama you can listen to instead of watching on screen.

You’re more likely to find an app that lets you mirror your pc on your tablet.
Try to find a program that is compatible with your tablet and then remote in. I’ve used Duet on an iPad this way before.
