Debanking is one of the more perfidious means of punishing individuals. You cannot operate in modern society without a bank, but each bank has a risk threshold they can't tell you about due to overlapping laws around AML/KYC. There is no higher authority to arbitrate their decisions either.
Per Reddit: Steam adult developer in the UK is sitting on a USD equivalent of six figures, can’t find a bank to take his money because the developer creates adult games

Even if you entertain the LLMs are real, the next gotcha comes in: why does OAI/Anthropic/et al actually _own_ something that is for all intents human equivalent? Isn't that literally slavery? Wouldn't that make AI companies slave owners? Users complicit in slave trading, etc
