this will make me hopeful that Zazlav will keep Warner Bros going after the split

Michael De Luca and Pam Abdy have renewed their contracts as co-heads of WB Motion Picture Group.

November 2026 will mark the studio’s relaunch into theatrical animation with Alessandro Carloni’s adaptation of The Cat in the Hat.

Warner Bros. is having a spectacular 2025 in theaters.

Hey! Some REALLY good WB news for once!

Zaslav promoting animated features to take shape next year is GOOD! (Especially if new Looney Tunes shorts are attached to them!)

It also has one of the funniest payoffs of the gag

When Boomerang would air an ad for Looney Tunes, it would always include the clip of Granny in Tweety's bird cage

Happy 75th anniversary to "Canary Row", directed by Friz Freleng.

Granny makes her official on-screen debut and becomes part of Friz Freleng's roster of characters, specifically a notable player in the Sylvester and Tweety shorts.

I like that despite having the same setup and gags, all three of the Charlie Dog/Porkey cartoons ended differently

He's like a kid friendly version of Deadpool

Yes, there is an option to mute Bubsy... But he's got something to say about that too!

an interesting thing about "Odor of the Day", when I saw this cartoon on TV, the sneezing would be muted throughout the cartoon except in the very end, however the sneezing is left intact on Tubi

the live action adaptation of The Flintstones is honestly the best live action adaptation of a cartoon, from the almost perfect casting of the characters to what is hands down the near perfect recreation of the show's opening and closing

I believe Zaslav is just now slowly getting Warner Bros back to the way it was, and if WB gets bought by another studio, chances are he could risk getting kicked out of the company

So I think David Zaslav needs to keep WB going ever after the split.

I think Zaslav should not give up on Warner Bros, I mean sure the studio has had a rocky start when he took over

But the studio has had huge box office hits recently, and the DCU is doing very well under James Gunn, and their first animated movie under WBPA is coming out next year

I just don't understand why WB has not pulled the trigger on an animated Nightmare on Elm Street movie , maybe it has something to do with the Craven estate who knows

But I do know that in an interview promoting the 4K release of Nightmare on Elm Street, Robert Englund said he would be open to it

I will say that the movie has a perfect cast, it did at times feel like a live action cartoon
