The question is "How do we make it easier for people who want to try, despite all odds", and not "how do we make things easier for people who never wanted to try to begin with". Which seems like a snide distinction, but what those two groups need is quite different.

If a person has a severe garlic allergy and still really wants a steak we will make them less savoury sauce so they can still get an experience as close to the person without a garlic allergy. If a person just hates the concept of a pepper stake I can't and won't do anything about that.
