miraculously neither of us have ever lost our wedding rings although we've come close

these have been my daily wear rings for. like 16 years. i stole the big one from my wife like the month we moved down bc the only thing she wears regularly is her wedding ring

it is kind of gross to wear a ring with settings bc it's HARD to get those clean properly but tbh if it's on when you're showering and washing your hands things probably even out

yeah i don't think i have any jewelry i actively wear that's gold which is nice tbh but if i did i would definitely wear it less bc it's such a soft metal... our wedding bands are silver bc we like it aesthetically + it holds up to the beating 😭

all my rings are plain bands, lol... one of them has a pattern and i take that one off to cook anything messy bc getting bread dough out of the pattern holes is obnoxious, but the rest of them are fine at all times. i don't even take them off to shower or anything

anyway friendly reminder not to have an internet of things. don't use wifi doorcams or housecams, disconnect your smart tv and smart fridge, dont use alexa, don't use siri, use a vpn, private your accounts, etc. if you're the average guy it's whatever but lbgt, poc, protestors, etc should be wary

if i cosplay dazai it'll be shots straight from a bottle of whisky that actually doesn't have whisky but has like. idk. something else.

i usually focus on easy words like names but kr ... sometimes the names go to one syllable when they're talking fast and I'm like. HUH. HOW'D U.... DO THAT...
