heya! it's a character design that was being sold. nothing stops you from making a similar character, but people would likely call you out for copying and it could give you a bad reputation. some buyers use the characters for RP etc., some collect them, i really like making them so it works out :>

thank you!! the staff is inspired by these outdoor oil lamps. as for tassels, i love them and will put them anywhere :D the hat is quite large and thus a major point of focus, and it needed a bit more detail than i initially expected. tassels to the rescue

from what i've seen, people like doing studies of their favorite artists even if they're far from those ancient masters :D (i personally don't do that, i find studies quite boring overall, but each to their own of course)
