It remains a critical humanitarian priority to bring the #EWIPA Declaration into effect to prevent and reduce harm to civilians, finds @weaponsmonitor.bsky.social #EWM2024.

To do so, states should endorse and implement the Declaration and avoid the use of #EWIPA.
