Yeah that is what I was thinking of. Font fed into probably a plasma cutter if it's solid brass (he starts by saying bronze but that shit is brass yo) then finished and polished up. If it had been cast I'd have been impressed. It's not trivial but it doesn't say American Presidential to me.

If the font isn't something downloaded off 1001fonts.com it would be a calligraphy person then the same thing could be put into the cutter, then polished, then plated. Installation I'm not familiar with though.

So that sign (of dementia) could be done with laser or plasma cutting, some polishing and a plating. I mean, it looks like a pretty standard font and it's just putting the information into the cutter. Polishing can be done with a machine and the plating is usually done with a machine.
