tbh mate I played 4 hrs and gave up, just can't get me head around the UI, it's ok I have so many other games on rotation, I might try and get back into it at some point but not that fussed

Personally I split them. I have a hit list of most hated players and problems in my team, I work my way through booting them, a -4 one week and a-4 the next. It doesn't hurt rank that badly. Mind you, only 2 hits for me this season so far, good going for me tbh
