The Butcher is done.

Leaned into the construction vehicle theme on this one. Did an additional spray prime of white to help the colors pop. Used fluorescent highlighters to get the hazard stripes to glow.

I've only got the first one in matte blue (my favorite one) and the red one. I can probably find the white one and the anniversary one at the diecast meet this weekend. And yeah, I'll probably get this green one.

I saw this at Target last night and passed it up, though I'm regretting it now. I'm sure if I go back there it'll be gone

The kit looks fun enough for quick build, but I do want that '68 Custom Camaro. Then I'll have to get all the other releases of that casting. Luckily, that's pretty achievable

I started back in 2nd edition, but stopped around the time 3rd was released. Got back into it in 2022, during 9th. Went to a local hobby store to watch a game.

One player rolled a ton of dice while the other player just watched. That's when I knew I was just going to paint models.

My Orktober project is basically a take on #Orks in the #Gaslands universe, the dragstas and buggiez chasing down targets. I want them to look like Orks, but they're not.

So, they're Digganobz.

Is it silly that "greenface" kinda bothers me? Maybe I'll use models with helmets painted green.

I have to remember to keep the project centered, which will be tricky.

For big pieces of painting, it'll be fine. But detailed painting might be an issue. I have to unlearn bad habits like bringing the model right up to my face
