Anywhere! While there are obvious differences between countries I think there are applicable lessons regardless of where home is or where you travelled for care.

I'm in Mexico and travelled out of state for surgery. Most of my readership is in the US and Canada, but not exclusively so.

If you travelled for surgery, especially if you recovered at home, what concerns did you have about that? Were there any issues you dealt with, anything you wish your surgical team had done differently or made easier, anything you wish emergency staff or your GP knew to better help you in recovery?
