They can be heard interrupting Altoona police radio to announce they'll be arriving despite being ignored by local PD.

They can be heard interrupting Altoona police radio to announce they'll be arriving despite being ignored by local PD.
That's what they claim this was, (part of part two of this post along with a silver USB necklace) but his attorneys argue it's a regular journal and point out there isn't any disabled person in the US that does not at least once mention having gripes with medical insurance, as this journal does.

Thumbdrive necklace police have been unable to crack into was also found on Luigi Mangione. Contents unknown. Luigi also had a red personal journal that police allege contained "his manifesto" but his defense maintains it is only a journal.

Casually joking about blowing up the police dog, none of them seriously believed their lives were in danger, unclear why any even insisted there was a bomb other than to search his bag. He did not have any explosives obviously.

NYPD keep insisting Luigi Mangione has a bomb (he does not), never call bomb squad, appear to be gleefully rummaging through his belongings, state odd, suspicious things like that they "would rather a bomb go off in [the crowded mcdonalds full of all the officers] than outside" - all very odd..

NYPD even can be noted in the footage acting annoyed/surprised that Altoona police turned their body cameras on.
