Saved a podcast episode to Semble and realized @ronentk.me already saved it a few days ago.
So cool to have access to these shared attention signals.
This is only the start but I can already feel the collective intelligence emerging.

is there a default knot I can use on @tangled.org? the interface for creating a new repo only allows for using ones I've registered myself.

Some serious cooking with @bmann.ca & @ronent.bsky.social about Semble. Never thought I’d hear Boris say “my brain is mush” from too much #atproto talk. Excited to share out our roadmap for all of this.

As a language learner, I try to think about languages within a "fluency pyramid". The idea here would be to start with my least fluent language, then progressively translate into more fluent languages until the meaning of the text is understood.
A good browser extension helps a lot!

Yesterday I was reading a bit about attribution-based revenue sharing in @projectliberty.io's newsletter. Then today I see a feature update by @kagi.com for "proportional source attribution" for Kagi to "share profits with publishers participating in [their] AI answers".

Working on some basic social features after laying the foundation for an event-driven architecture. The system modularity afforded by decoupled rich domain events is blissful! (Basic) notifications will be a breeze. DDD and clean (layered) architecture will level up your game no doubt.

Keep in mind that you might have "verbatim" search on by default which can falsely give the sense that the search results aren't as good as google's. This can be toggled per search or in settings.

easily save URLs to your PDS with a browser extension! name and UI are placeholders, lmk if you'd like to test / early access.
UI vibe coding with a well-tested API client works wonders!

their assistant interface looks like this. Lots of useful model options. Can't think of anything I'm missing from chatGPT. Maybe image gen?

Forced ads while fuelling up. Gas station enshittification is real.
Though I must point out the irony of complaining about enshittification while using a service (bsky) I (along with many others) assume should be free even though its costs human labour, hardware and computation.

With powerful enough curation, we're hoping that can provide rich and contextual datapoints for meaningful ranking as well.
Stay tuned.

This thread covers a lot of ground for some of the major motivations driving our thinking at @cosmik.network
TLDR: we're taking a crack at this problem, focusing on granular curation
Here's a sneak peek until we have more to share ;)

Didn’t realise I had a top YouTube comment. It’s on a video where @andymatuschak.org goes through his textbook reading process. His work has been extremely influential in how I approach learning! youtu.be/OFuu4pesKf0?...

I just went through this list of labelers and subscribed to some and self-labeled my account.

This is what the labels look like on a post #atproto
Lots of opportunities here to (1) make new labelers, and (2) build tools that make finding and using labelers much easier.

@jasmine-pyz.bsky.social and I celebrated Valentine’s Day a bit early this year and remotely! We watch Sharper, an over the top plot twist thriller that over Hollywood-ized Parasite, but still a fun experience. It’s no Lighthouse.
