A drawing of my favourite facet of improv: Imagination. The brilliant improv company "The Pretend Company" have asked people "What is your favourite visual image, mental model or metaphor to explain a facet of improv?". I thought I'd draw what improv means to me as well as write it down ✏️

This one is turning 11 years old this week. From a tiny fluff ball to a gorgeous, cuddly, cheeky, loving tortoiseshell cat. I adore our snuggles in the mornings. How can you want to get up when you have this purring next to you? I wish there was a way to pause time.

This one is turning 11 years old this week. From a tiny fluff ball to a gorgeous, cuddly, cheeky, loving tortoiseshell cat. I adore our snuggles in the mornings. How can you want to get up when you have this purring next to you? I wish there was a way to pause time.

As well as the @showstoppermusical.bsky.social red phone, I also found a Lego cassette player. I adore the 80s so I had to get this one as well. The detail is impeccable. I've created a video of it with added sound effects at the end as if it were real 🎵

It was this beautiful boy's birthday the other day. My best bud. The most affectionate rescue dog. He's grown within himself so much. The strength he gives me is immeasurable. He's allowed me to fully appreciate nature, the value of a moment, and to have proper meaningful fun. He's extraordinary 🎂❤️

When I got to my neighbours house today to walk Merlin, I found this waiting for me. I knew he was clever but I didn't know he could go into shops and buy food!
