We're looking for the most original use of an Apple since Adam.

By issue #7, Compute! Magazine (Nov/Dec 1980) is now displaying their recognizable layout and graphic design which was consistent for several years up through 1985. The Art Direction was initally managed by J. Gary Dean then taken over by Georgia Papadopoulos and then Janice R. Fary. An iconic mag.

Happy Monday. A sun salutation in the Fairy Meadows which is nestled in the stunning Cirque of the Unclimbables. A side hike from the Nahanni river, it's a slog through the woods and up the scree to the Cirque, but worth it when you finally arrive. Nahanni national park reserve NT. #BlueSkyMonday

Compute Magazine vol 1 issue 1 from 1979 (before they excitedly changed the name to Compute! for vol 2) - focused mainly on good ol' 6502 machines.
Compute Magazine vol 1 issue 1 from 1979. The best/only mag for the prevalent 6502 architecture machines of the time.

Happy Monday. We got incredible views when we went scrambling up the scree above Summit lake in Auyuittuq national park on a layover day that turned out just perfect. This is about the 1/2 way point of the 100km Akshayuk Pass which crosses the park north to south (or vice versa). #BlueSkyMonday

Happy Monday. BC Ferries has the largest fleet of vehicle ferries in the world, operating 45 vehicles which serve ~50 locations on the coastal and island communities of the BC coast. If you find yourself on one, it's likely gonna be taking you on an adventure - get off the mainland! #BlueSkyMonday

Happy Monday. A shot of one of my top fave campsites in Canada. 8km due north of the top of the Cabot Trail in Meat Cove - if you squint or zoom in you can see a sole orange tent on the promontory with sheer rock drops all around. Relax and watch the minke whales go by - a magic spot. #BlueSkyMonday

Happy Monday. The Inglis Grain Elevators National Historic Site is the last remaining row of standard country grain elevators dating back to 1922. Five elevators still stand intact beside an abandoned rail line - the longest original row remaining. It's well worth taking the tour. #BlueSkyMonday

Happy Monday. A shot of the spillway for the Robert Bourassa generating station in QC - each step is the size of 2 football fields with a height of 10 metres. It's the world's largest underground power station and supplies > 20% of the electricity for Quebec. The tour is supercool. #BlueSkyMonday

Home built Apple II with illegal ROMs and copied circuit board. Took me ages to solder but worked in the end. Was finally relegated to a 24x7 all night Lode Runner machine in the college dorm and it got tons of use with drunk & stoned undergrads. Good times.

Happy Monday. Kluane national park and reserve in south-west Yukon is a place of high mountain peaks and massive valley glaciers, boreal forests, sparkling lakes, iconic northern wildlife. The park lies within the territories of the Champagne, Aishihik and Kluane First Nations. #BlueSkyMonday

Happy Monday. The Cabot Trail on Cape Breton Island NS is a 298 km loop around the northern tip of the island passing through Cape Breton Highlands National Park - it's a 100% exhilarating road. Don't miss walking the Skyline Trail when you're there. #BlueSkyMonday
