Went over to Liverpool last night to watch those Wigan rascals, The Lathums. Not a huge fan of big indie singalong anthem landfill TBH - my cousin has been insisting I go to a gig with him for yonks - but I really loved it. Blew the old roof off the Olympia a couple of times. Lovely evening. 👌💙

It’s all over FB. Anyway, get the balance of spicing right and it’s totally bang on. I used this for 1kg of mince (half 5% fat beef, half 12% lamb). The tweaks I’d make is make each roll as thin as possible) and possibly add some lamb stock to increase juiciness. Grill at end for 1 min too.

Ooh, did that viral doner kebab fakeaway thing tonight where you flatten spiced up minced lamb / beef in paper, roll it up and cook it. A totally strong 8/10 which will achieve full marks with a few wee tweaks. 👌

The addition of gnocchi, Parmesan and a blob of sour cream to Heinz’s cream of tommy soup might have the Eyeties going apeshit but it’s a fucking lush tea-in-five-minutes. Bit of fried chorizo over the top too to make them extra livid. 🇮🇹
