Just saw One Battle After Another and I'm sorry to say... the hype is accurate! Absolute masterpiece. Everything I love most about Paul Thomas Anderson smashed tightly into a Thomas Pynchon story. I was riveted the whole time. 3 hours felt like an hour and a half.

I felt that way after watching The Master. Huge hype for a PTA movie and I was like... all right. I haven't watched it again since then but I might need to give it another shot. I certainly haven't forgotten it.
