Same but rendered. Bit shorter because I wanted to go to bed on time. Don't want to leave the PC on, it might kill me in my sleep for my crimes

I made this tracking rig thing a month ago and thought it's fun that to make all this happen you just
- move Pegasus
- disengage Kata's pin at the end
It also doesn't throw any errors

test rig, test fur, test everything

Aaand here's Bee the cat. This is my first retopology, so don't be mean about it lol

Some stuff I'm happy with. I rigged her with my partial hypermobility, so the thumb is accurate. Figuring out the shoulder area is what I had the most fun with. This is now an anatomy study as well, not just me learning rigging

WIP of my first human sculpt + rig! Character of mine named Kata (and Bee the cat, also my model).

I found that rigging is incredibly fun to me, more than anything else in 3D, so I've mainly been doing that. The clothes are temporary placeholders. I started doing this simply for drawing reference

artists, what's your favorite part to draw? quote this post!

I like drawing wings a normal amount

I realized just now that I did do a second take at Pegasus. Also remembered why there isn't a third. 😀 Because WHO IS THIS. I don't want a noble steed, I want a scrawny a-hole. Mission was already accomplished at first attempt, go home

Early Pegasus exploration sketches from ~2013-2015 🙃At first he was pretty much a toothy akhal-teke with wings. The full-body drawings are a bit older than the headshots and a bit more well-cooked IMO. Like a soup

A commission straight from 2017 that I still like. :')

An older commission I still like! I forgot why I looked it up but here it is anyway

Blendering (my hand)

I have hitchhiker's thumb and the others bend back enough that I can kinda shake hands backwards. Any pre-rigged 3D model I tried posing before it always went like "Why does this only bend so little?... Ohhh right, I'm a freak"

I don't think I posted this here yet so here it is. Griffin is pushing some boundaries, because he's Griffin.

Trivia for anon. Pegasus speaks *all* Tetrakian languages, because he's a nerrrd. He'd be more than capable of sharing trivia, but getting him to share is not so straightforward

It came up with Griffin on tumblr so I'll mention that unlike Griffin, Pegasus doesn't eat people, even when offered 🙃 He will maul people at the drop of a hat tho (Griffin won't)

Warm-ups and wind-downs with the horsie (I haven't LOOKED AT humans in six months, let alone draw any)

Pegasus doesn't neigh and doesn't growl, he honks and hisses. u_u" Occasional yowling/screaming; generic terse English, to tell people to fuck off

I'm the evil witch that created him, you can trust me

If you see this post, post a monster

It's 4AM, noises coming from the barn. Armed with a flashlight, you go to investigate. There is a horse on the ceiling. He says he is looking for books

In exchange for enduring my architectural misadventures and attempts at dark humor, here's a slightly older test clip I made of Pegasus doing nothing in particular

I can't figure out what the purpose of balustrades are UNDER windows in real buildings. Seems like decor for the sake of decor. That being said, I think I'll put them in front of my floor-to-ceiling windows so that people don't accidentally fall straight from the 3rd floor but do a flip first
