Bombing boats is how you fight a "war" on narco-terrorism if your DecDef never commanded anything higher than a platoon and is only looking for video to impress the boss.

Why aren't we capturing them, interrogating them and gathering intel on the entire operation to work up the chain?

I’m no expert, but I’ve seen this paper described as an important justification for claims about the safety of Roundup. And now it has been retracted by the journal it appeared in. 🧪

Maybe someone in Congress should ask Trump/Hegseth, etc... if they really believe that bombing a few boats is going to actually stop the drugs.

If this was really a "war on narco-terrorists," we would be attacking the leaders and infrastructure, not wasting our time on a couple of boats.

In many countries, throwing the military under the bus and blaming them for stuff you made them do, often breeds the sort of events you read about on the front pages of papers like coups and revolutions and whatnot.

I think we’ll see charges (pending Trump pardons, obviously), but I don’t think it’s going to be during this administration.

That being said, I do thing Hegseth and Patel are wearing out their welcome with Trump and we’ll likely see some junk drawer (Cabinet) rearrangement soon.

Usually Trump wears 3-inch extended shoulder pads with his suits to hide his physical pear-shape & to give an illusion of strength.

Here with no shoulder pads & his actual 2-inch shoulders.

So much so that the seam for his shirt’s sleeve is drooped 2-3 inches below his shoulder’s edge.

Sad?

Killing someone who poses no threat is still called murder, even if your boss tells you to do it.

Hegseth AND Bradley are both guilty of war crimes

My friends, there is no ‘Department of War’ or ‘Secretary of War’ in America.

There is a Department of Defense and a Secretary of Defense.

Neither has the right to murder.

“Kill them all” is a confession to murder under American law.
