Lover of ferrets and exotic plants.
Correct. But it has to decide whether the facts of each separate case is hate speech or an expression that should be protected. Nothing is ever black and white.
For example, you would probably interpret a swastika as hate. However, it also has religious significance to billions of people.

Wether there is an exemption in the criminal code or not the constitution still guarantees freedom of religion and expression. The courts will weigh those rights against any restrictions the government attempts to put on them.

That is a very naive article.
The MAGA slogan used by presidents goes back to Regan. It runs through White Supremacy.
Trump is nothing more than the current figurehead of the MAGA movement, he did not create it. It existed before Trump and will continue after his death. Hate doesn’t just die off.

It’s only a matter of time before someone creates an AI tattoo robot. But it could never create the piece of art I ended up with.

We as a society need to move from the cotton gin phase to the Ford assembly plant phase.

AI gave me a very good design. I then took that to a tattoo artist and told her this is what i want but she had free reign to make it better. She turned an ok AI image into an amazing piece of art. AI just became the starting point, not the end product.

We all need to accept that AI is here to stay. What you as an artist needs to do is figure out a way to add value to something created by AI. Instead of competing with it, make it a tool.

Here’s my personal example. I wanted Very specific symbolism in a tattoo. I entered what i wanted into AI.

Having said all that, I just got my first tattoo at age 57. It’s a collection of ancestral symbols for healing and resurrection. I decided to get it after finding a treatment for a crippling illness i lived with for 8 years.

Those little tattoos that have no meaning other than you walked by someones booth and said “hey, that looks cute”. That’s like hanging your kids macaroni art on your wall. It’s permanent, it should mean something.

Full body tattoos: my mom collected dolls. She had a room were every square inch of wall space was covered by dolls. It just looked F’ing creepy.

I view tattoos like wall art.
I’m against tattoos is for young people. No one wants to look at the same picture hanging on a wall for 60 years. You will at some point regret it.

Geography is not a requirement to join the EU. Any European country can join, and the word European is never defined in the Copenhagen criteria.
Canada maintains the King of England as its highest governing office.
Canada also shares a border with Denmark.

My Ouija board told me to get one, and I’ve never regretted it.

“There is no specific statute that explicitly makes it illegal to remove a bandage in public in Canada; however, it has been mentioned in discussions about unusual laws. This claim is often regarded as a myth or misunderstanding rather than an enforceable law”
