Temple president John Fry sees Terra Hall as the main anchor at one end of what he’s calling an innovation corridor that would stretch past Temple’s main campus to its health sciences campus farther north on Broad Street.
Broad and Walnut grew lonely after UArts closed. Soon, Temple students will bring it back to life
Temple purchased Terra Hall, which was the main academic building for the now-closed University of the Arts. It will become Temple's Center City campus.

I feel like this point is weirdly under-discussed in the discourse! Acosta himself approved Epstein's notorious sweetheart non-prosecution agreement. By elevating Acosta to the cabinet later, Trump seemed to ... pretty clearly reward that?
